Ticketing & Conditions of Entry

1. Binding Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, holding a ticket, or entering the event venue, you (the "Attendee") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Lacrosse Australia’s National Policies & Procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, the Lacrosse Australia Code of Conduct, Member Protection Policy, and Social Media Policy. Full policy documents can be found here.

2. Safety Warning: High-Speed Projectiles & Risk

PLEASE BE AWARE: Lacrosse is a fast-paced sport involving hard rubber balls that can travel at speeds exceeding 100km/h. 

  • Flying Objects: Attendees acknowledge that balls and equipment may frequently leave the field of play and enter spectator areas, even in areas protected by netting or barriers. 

  • Assumption of Risk: By attending this event, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the sport of lacrosse, including the risk of personal injury or property damage. 

  • Spectator Vigilance: You are responsible for remaining alert and keeping a close watch on the field of play at all times. The Event Organiser, Lacrosse Australia, and the venue owners are not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from projectiles entering spectator zones.  

3. Photography & Media Consent

By entering the event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. 

  • You grant Lacrosse Australia and its authorised partners an irrevocable, world-wide, perpetual right to use your likeness, voice, or image in any media (including social media, live streams, and marketing materials) for promotional purposes without compensation or further notice. 

  • You agree to receive information about the Event and Lacrosse Australia via the contact details provided at the time of ticket purchase. 

4. Venue Conduct & Entry

  • Code of Conduct: Attendees must comply with the Lacrosse Australia Code of Conduct. Any person engaging in offensive, abusive, or dangerous behaviour will be removed from the venue immediately without a refund and may be banned from future events. 

  • Supervision: Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. 

  • Prohibited Items: The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person carrying prohibited items, including but not limited to glass, illicit substances, or dangerous weapons. 

  • Alcohol: Alcohol may only be consumed in designated licensed areas.  

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lacrosse Australia and the Event Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage (including damage to personal property or vehicles) suffered by an Attendee, however caused, including as a result of the negligence of the Organiser or being struck by a lacrosse ball or stick.  

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law or in the event of total tournament cancellation. The schedule of play is subject to change due to weather or operational requirements.
